Is your oak really solid?+
Yes — every visible surface is solid European oak. We never use veneers on tops, legs or drawer fronts.
How are pieces packed?+
Each item is wrapped in wool felt, corner-protected and crated in plywood for international shipments.
Can I return my order?+
Standard pieces can be returned within 30 days. Custom, made-to-order items are non-refundable but come with a 10-year craftsmanship guarantee.
Do you pay import duties?+
For EU deliveries, the price you see includes VAT. Outside the EU, local duties and taxes are billed on delivery.
How do I care for oak?+
Wipe with a dry cloth. Re-oil every 6–12 months with a natural hardwax oil; we include a small bottle with each piece.
